Refund policy

Each item of Confetti Merch is custom-made for YOU so you can pick your own style, color and size to rep the circus! When you order, our distributor prints that item on-demand just for you. That being said, returns or exchanges will only be honored if there is a mistake from our distributor (wrong item sent, ink/dirt/blotches, etc). If your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please email circus@whoisconfetti.com with a picture and description of the issue and we'll have the monkeys or clowns get back to you ASAP :) Thank you for understanding and for supporting our small but mighty circus!
